1) A non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the property for you.Currently at £150/$200 for each week booked.

2) The balance of the rental cost is due ten weeks before departure together with a refundable security/breakages deposit in the sum of £100/$150. This deposit in the same currency as was paid, will be returned to you usually within two weeks of departure, upon confirmation from the Managing Agent that no damage has occurred.

3) A booking form is to be completed and returned together with your booking deposit.A receipt will be returned to you following clearance of payment.

4) A reduction of the security deposit will occur if :-
   a) Keys are not left in the lock box on departure.
   b) Extra cleaning requirement of the villa or pool area as indicated by our cleaning agent.
   c) Breakages,damage or loss of equipment as indicated by our Management company.

5) At the commencement of your stay you will find the villa in a good,clean condition. We would expect it to be returned in the same way.
We provide a cleaning service before and after each booking and expect all appliances to be in working order. Should you experience any problems please contact our Management Agent immediately.The phone numbers together with other useful information will be found in the Management Agent folder within the villa.
We cannot be held liable for any mechanical or electrical appliance breakdown but will endevour to have repairs completed ASAP.No refund is given for such breakdowns.

6) Booking cancellations.
   a) No refund of booking deposit.
   b) Six weeks or more notice - 50% of booking cost payable.
   c) Less than six weeks notice - 100% of booking cost payable.
   d) If the owners re-book the villa at the same rate refund will be given minus the booking deposit.

7) Pets are not allowed without the express permission of the owners.

8) There is a no smoking policy within the villa although smoking is permitted outside.

9) Check in time: 16:00. Departure time: 10:00
